Betsy Ross has a full glass, painted skirt sitting on a bench. Betsy from the waist up is cream colored, molded plastic. She is sewing a colonial flag. Bottom of base has original sticker and July 4, 1976 is molded into the glass. Total height is 5-1/2\". Base is 2-1/2\" x 4-1/4\".
