A striking vintage Avon Cape Cod serving set in the collection’s iconic deep ruby red glass.
This coordinated two-piece set includes a footed pedestal bowl and a generously sized serving platter, both featuring the elaborate pressed-glass design associated with Avon’s Cape Cod collection - scalloped borders, raised geometric details, textured oval motifs, and dramatic radiating patterns that beautifully catch and reflect the light.
The rich ruby glass ranges from deep burgundy to brilliant translucent red depending on the lighting, making the set especially beautiful for holiday entertaining, a dinner table, buffet, or vintage glass display.

Condition:
The pedestal bowl is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and appears to have seen little, if any, use.
The platter is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are some light surface hairlines / utensil marks on the serving area from previous use. They are superficial rather than deep scratches and are most noticeable when the glass is viewed closely or at certain angles in the light.
