Up for sale is a gorgeous, authentic Vintage Mixed-Metal Trinket Box featuring an exceptional Art Deco design. This striking desktop box showcases a spectacular contrast of aged surfaces, combining a heavily patinated exterior with a brilliant, polished silver-plated interior.Key Features and Design Highlights:

• Heraldic Dolphin / Fish Finial: The lid is crowned with a highly detailed, cast brass \"heraldic dolphin\" (stylized sea monster / koi fish) handle, complete with carved scales and a classic flared tail fin.
• Silverplate on Solid Copper: The box is manufactured from solid copper with a silver-plated finish. Decades of authentic handling have worn the exterior silver plating away, exposing the copper base to create a stunning, vibrant natural verdigris patina bursting with iridescent turquoise, purple, and salmon-orange tones.
• Pristine Interior: While the outside shows decades of beautiful character, the interior remains highly preserved, bright, reflective, and completely clean.
• Unmarked Estate Find: No maker marks, which was incredibly common for boutique modernist mid-century workshops and souvenir pieces from Italy, Mexico (Taxco style), or early American studios.
