Vintage glass insulators are beautiful and are collected by many around the world. The Hemmingray 42 was made in the USA and dates back to 1921. We create each one of our enhanced antique glass insulators in our restored 150-year-old Tobacco Barn shop. I call it the bro barn.
This one is an original folks. We applied the industry's highest quality glow-in-the-dark substance to give it a wonderful glow-in-the-dark Stars effect. Then, we added two layers of clear coat protectant to give it more shine and luster, and UV protection. The end result turned out better than we had hoped. Due to the high quality of the glow-in-the-dark chemicals we use, it remains glowing in a dark room for hours after being left in sunlight or any UV light source. We know that you will enjoy having this one, as much as we did creating it.
