This listing is for a vintage/antique George Savage & Sons, Sheffield straight razor. One of my all-time favorite razor smiths. This piece is a true gem for any collector or shaving enthusiast. With a blade size of 13/16, it is perfect for a close and precise shave. The blade has been cleaned, polished, and dressed in a set of hand-crafted buffalo horn scales with a wedge made from fossilized natural material. The edge was finished on a 12k Naniwa Superstone. This is another blade that comes from my personal collection. I can attest to its fine edge. I love this blade. It has been carefully restored to its former glory and is shave-ready.
