A 25-piece group of mostly American Red Cross pins, from the Junior Red Cross through WWII blood donor service and postwar volunteer work. It also includes a Des Moines, Iowa nursing school pin. Dates below are based on American Red Cross pin issue references and are given as best estimates.

- Mercy Hospital Training School, Des Moines, Iowa nurse pin with laurel wreath, white enamel ring, and red cross center
- American Red Cross "VOLUNTEER" white enamel pin (General Volunteer style, used 1946-1982)
- American Red Cross Volunteer blue enamel pin with gold starburst and red cross
- American Red Cross "HOME NURSING" light blue enamel shield pin
- Small white enamel red cross lapel pin/stud
-3 American Red Cross "Pro Patria" Blood Donor pins (WWII era, 1942-1945): 1 silver-tone and 2 bronze-tone. One is in an old stapled 2x2 holder with a handwritten "Blood Donor / American Red Cross" label.

Condition: All pieces are original and have not been cleaned. The tin pieces have age toning to cream/tan. One AJRC shield has rust spots. The Community Chest button has heavy wear and paint loss.
