Vintage Amber Crackle Glass Beaded Potpourri Jar
Ornate vintage decorative potpourri or apothecary jar featuring a rounded amber crackle-glass body, pierced gold-tone metal lid, embossed footed base and elaborate draped bead-and-chain decoration.
The removable lid has decorative pierced openings that allow fragrance from potpourri to escape. An amber-colored glass ring beneath the finial coordinates with the warm amber glass body. The base rests on three detailed claw-style feet.
Measures approximately 9" tall and 6" across.
The metal components have an aged gold-tone finish with visible patina, oxidation and areas of verdigris. No chips or cracks were observed in the glass. Please review all photographs closely because they are part of the condition description.
