Vintage ANRI Italy Hand Carved Wood Musicians Pair Clarinet Bass 1950s 60s For Sale

Vintage pair of hand-carved and hand-painted wooden musician figurines featuring a clarinet/woodwind player and upright double-bass player.The double-bass musician retains an original vintage ANRI Italy green-and-gold foil label on the underside. This style of ANRI label dates to the mid-20th century. The companion clarinet player is unmarked but is very similar in carving style, construction and period and is being sold together as found.Both figures feature expressive hand-carved faces, individually carved clothing and detailed wooden musical instruments.
Vintage condition with expected age-related wear. The clarinet player shows considerably more surface and paint wear, particularly to the clothing and instrument. Bass player retains stronger original coloration with normal age-related wear.Please review all photographs closely for condition.
