Vintage AMPCO Chicken Sans Volaille / City Chicken Meat Molds – Set of 2
Unusual matching pair of vintage commercial meat molds/presses manufactured by AMPCO and marked Harry L. Hussmann – El Paso, Texas.
These molds were used to shape meat into imitation chicken pieces, associated with the dish known as Chicken Sans Volaille, City Chicken or Mock Chicken.

Both are in vintage pre-owned condition with age-related patina, oxidation/discoloration, scratches, surface wear and other signs of previous commercial use. Hinges operate. They have not been polished or restored.
