Vintage 50s/60s Piels Beer Bar Wall Thermometer Light,Lamp Sign,Working,Wood For Sale

Vintage 1950's/1960's Piel's Piels' beer electric illuminated plug-in bar wall light lighted lamp and thermometer advertising promo promotional sign. The sign has a wood backing that measures 12" wide by 7" tall by 2 1/2" deep, working metal thermometer, copper color metal sheet behind the light and a slide-in plastic shade. The shade reads "Piels Light Lager Beer". Above the thermometer reads "Discover Light Beer Brewed For Men". The sign lights up beautifully with a red bulb. I am not sure if the red bulb is original but can be changed to a clear bulb if needed. The original cord has been spliced with a long white cord with an inline working on/off roller switch. The back is stamped in black with "Piel Bros. Bklyn, N. Y., Willimansett, Mass., 49". The sign lights up nicely and displays beautifully lit or unlit. The thermometer works great keeping an accurate temperature. The slide-in plastic shade, thermometer, light and the sign are in very good to excellent used working complete condition with some minor use and storage wear as pictured. It is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $15.00 USPS postage.
