Very nice used condition lighter. Case has normal scuffs and scratches. Marked E XII The image does have some missing paint mainly around the eagle seal where its now a brass color. Insert is in very nice condition. Marked A XII. Sparks easily and the flip top of the case is tight. Flips open nicely.
