Wonderful matching set of four vintage ceramic art tiles by C. Payne / Payne Creations, dated 1986. Each octagonal tile features a different illustrated scene from Kansas City’s iconic Country Club Plaza, including fountains, architecture and Plaza landmarks.The designs are rendered in blue, green, red, yellow, gray and black against an ivory ceramic ground, with decorative circular borders. Each image bears the C. Payne signature and 1986 date.Tiles measure approximately 4¼” × 4¼” each. Offered together as a set of four.Payne Creations is associated with ceramic tile artwork depicting Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza.
