Original Apple Macintosh Dealer Poster, 1983–1984, Framed
This is a genuine promotional poster that Apple supplied in framed form to authorized dealers ahead of the Macintosh launch. It is an original Apple-issued piece, not a reproduction, and is over 30 years old. Few have survived, making it a neat artifact of early Macintosh history.
Production Details
The lower-right corner features Apple's original rainbow logo. The lower-left carries "Printed in U.S.A.," internal production codes, a 12/83 date, and the line "1984 (c) Apple Computer Inc." That places printing just before the Macintosh went on sale on January 24, 1984, two days after Ridley Scott's famous Super Bowl commercial aired,
