The Norman Rockwell collector plate retains its beautiful, vibrant artwork and decorative gold-tone accents. The brown decorative frame is in great overall condition, showing minimal signs of age and handling.
IMPORTANT CONDITION DISCLOSURE: The hanging tab on the back of the frame is broken and will need to be repaired or replaced before the piece can be safely displayed on a wall. This does not affect the front appearance of the framed collector plate.
