Vintage 1980s Antique Inspired Decoupage Santa Claus Christmas Chalk Figure 5” For Sale

From my mother\'s estate - a 1980s handmade Christmas Santa Claus/Father Christmas figurine/ornament that has been covered (perhaps decoupaged) with Christmas themed paper and sparkly glitter. He\'s holding a gold tinsel tree, and his coat has a gold tinsel border.My mother displayed him on a table with other folk art Santas from the 1980s/early 1990s rather than hanging him on the tree. He comes with his original red silk ribbon for tree hanging.I\'m not sure what he\'s made from. It looks a little like clay but I think it\'s most likely plaster that has been painted. I don\'t think he\'s resin but I\'m not 100% sure.MEASUREMENTS:
