  🚀 Collector Context

When Star Wars became a phenomenon in 1977, licensed merchandise poured into American homes. Deka Plastics made a line of Star Wars kitchenware for kids, including bowls, cups and plates, decorated with the original character art. Today these pieces are popular nostalgia collectibles, and examples with the original paper or foil labels still attached are much harder to find.

Collectors may also like: Deka Star Wars cups and plates, Deka Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi bowls, Burger King and Coca-Cola Star Wars glasses (1977–1983), vintage Kenner Star Wars figures, Star Wars lunch boxes, and 1970s kids’ kitchenware.
