Vintage 1977 Hess Fuel Gas Oil Tanker Toy Truck No Box No Working Gr8 Display For Sale

This is a vintage 1977 Hess Fuel Oil Tanker Toy Truck. As you can see in the pictures, the battery compartment is clean. When I install a battery though it is not working. I believe there is supposed to be a removable hose on the bottom of the truck. That is not present, also there is no box. Please look at all the pictures. What you see is what you get, including the dust on the truck LOL.
