Vintage 1976 HOMCO Cast Metal Football Player Wall Plaque Set of 3 For Sale

A complete set of three vintage wall plaques featuring caricature-style football players. These items were manufactured by HOMCO (Home Interiors & Gifts) in 1976, as evidenced by the clear stamps on the reverse side. The set includes a quarterback/passer, a runner, and a center/lineman. They are constructed from durable cast metal and finished with a hand-painted multi-color scheme that includes red, blue, and gold-tan uniforms. These pieces represent classic 1970s Americana home decor and are highly sought after by collectors of sports memorabilia and vintage \'man cave\' or nursery accents. The set shows signs of age-appropriate wear, including minor paint chipping and surface scuffs, which adds to their authentic vintage character. Each piece features a built-in metal ring for easy wall mounting. This specific set (model 1254) is a iconic example of mid-70s cast metal decorative art.
