Doesn't have a sound component. No cork so the hat piece just sits on the top and has nothing to hold it there safely.
Empty jar.
Some light stains along the front of the hat.
The sticker/decal on the front is a little curled at the bottom.
Nice looking piece for decor. I advice to put something to keep the top of the hat held down for extra security.
