This is an incredible ceiling light fixture from the 1970s designed byAngelo Gaetano Sciolariin Italy. Installed in one house in the 70s and hasn't moved until now. Very Mid Century/Modern/Space-age or Brutalist design.
It combines polished chromed steel in the light housing, black accents, and smoky acrylic/lucite shades. The chandelier has 5 arms, and each arm has two bulbs - one in the top, behind the smoky acrylic, and one in the bottom, contained within the metal shade. I believe they are standard candelabra size bases. So, 10 bulbs total.
The light is hardwired, and also has a switch on the inner circle structure - which allows you to choose between three different light modes... Top lights only, bottom lights only, or all.**I will add measurements and photos of the ceiling mount/cover shortly - but it appears to be the original**Overall quite good condition for its age - all original parts, fully functional. Some very light wear on the interior support bars, and edges. Acrylic is all in-tact and free from cracks. The entire light has recently been cleaned, but some dust remains in the deep crevices. It does seem relatively easy to disassemble if you would ever want to deep clean and polish parts.

- Bulbs will be included - but they are old, hot, incandescent bulbs, and one is mismatched.
- The shades will be removed for shipping to prevent damage. They are very easy to (dis)assemble - each with four stand-off screws you can twist with your fingers.
