Up for sale is aVintage “After-You-Cook Book of Gourmet Recipesby Salton”Advertising Cookbook! This is a vintage softcover recipe and instruction booklet for the Salton Hotrayand other appliances published bySalton Inc.in Bronx, New York in the1970s! It includes several recipes using the Salton Hotray food warmer and other Salton products, including their ice cream maker, peanut butter grinders, yogurt maker, coffee grinder, and egg poacher. The cookbook is 32 pages and measures about 7½” x 5¼”. It even includes an original unused Warranty Card inside. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in very good condition for its age with little cover wear. The booklet is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has nice clean pages with no writing, creases, rips, or tears. This vintage Salton Gourmet Recipescookbook would make a great addition to your kitchen!
