In well used condition, creasing and staining.
This served as an official receipt of dues and a medical treatment certificate for retired or staff railroad employees. Presenting this card was mandatory to secure medical, surgical, or hospital benefits from association doctors and facilities.
Shipping:
Will be sent via USPS next day with tracking. If purchased on Sunday, orders will be mailed out on Monday. Single playing cards will be sent in a standard envelope with top loader, these do not have tracking. Bulk cards will be sent in a bubble mailer with tracking.
