Original handwritten tribute document in decorative calligraphy on kraft-style paper, created in 1963 by the staff of AMRO Bank in Oisterwijk, Netherlands, honoring their director F.A.H. Bertens upon his retirement after 47½ years of service. Features hand-lettered Dutch text, a gilt decorative emblem, green ribbon accents, and a red wax seal dated 1963. Signed at the bottom by staff members. Comes in its original cardboard mailing tube, labeled “Kanselarij der Nederlandse Orden” (Chancellery of Dutch Orders).
