This comes as shown in the pictures. The jaws are new and made by a local machinist. It’s missing the end cap. Everything works good. The guarantee expiration date is 12-31-59. From what I have read it had a 5year warranty,which makes the manufacture date 1954. Let me know if you have any questions.
