Vintage Frontier Airlines aviation photograph featuring a classic twin-engine Convair aircraft from the original Frontier Airlines era. The photograph is believed to date to approximately the late 1950s–early 1960s and has a period photography stamp on the reverse reading:
“Print By James W. Velgos Photography – 712 East Eighth Avenue – Denver 3, Colorado.”
The original Frontier Airlines was based in Denver and operated from 1950 until 1986. This is not the same company as the modern Frontier Airlines.
