Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic vintage Goebel "Spellbound" figurine (BYJ 19) designed by the renowned artist Charlot Byj. This charming piece features a redheaded schoolgirl reading a red "Spelling" book at a vintage wood-grain desk.The underside is completely marked with the incised model number BYJ 19, the 1958 copyright date, the hand-painted factory painter's mark, and the highly collectible TMK-3 Stylized Bee stamp ("Goebel W. Germany").
