Cookbook! Advertising Recipe Booklet!
Up for sale is a Vintage 1950s Pillsbury’s “Short-Cut Breads” Cookbook! This softcover cookbook features several recipes “from Pillsbury’s Best Bake-Off Collection and the Ann Pillsbury Recipe Exchange”and was published circa 1958! It was compiled by Ann Pillsbury and includes recipes for Bread Loaves, Dinner Rolls, Sweet Rolls, Coffee Cakes, Batter Breads, Desserts, and Main Dishes. This is a 40-page cookbook measuring about 9¼” x 6⅛”, and the recipes include several color and b&w photos. The cookbook even includes order form coupons forthe 9th Grand National Bake-Off Cookbook and other items. As shown in the photos, the cookbook is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear, creasing, and light soiling. The cookbook is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has clean pages with some corner bends and no writing, creases, rips, or tears.This vintage Pillsbury advertising cookbook would make a great addition to your collection!
