vintage fan-shaped ladies’ powder compact, believed to date to approximately the 1940s–1950s.Gold-tone metal case features an ornate etched figural/floral design on the front and textured design on the reverse, with a decorative fan-shaped clasp.Opens to reveal an intact fan-shaped mirror and a separate hinged powder compartment. This compact closely resembles known Parker Pen/Wadsworth fan compacts of the period; however, I have not found a manufacturer’s mark on this piece, so it is being sold as an unmarked vintage compact and the maker is not guaranteed.Vintage pre-owned condition with surface scratches, finish wear, spotting and other age-related wear.
