Made by the iconic Brown & Bigelow firm in St. Paul, Minnesota, this deck features a beautifully preserved, cheeky retro cartoon back for the Illinois Shade Cloth Corp. of Chicago Heights, IL. The risqué silhouette design reads: \"I hope your neighbor never buys Illinois Cancelite window shades!\"
