This is an original vintage optometrist eye chart dated 1945, designed by Dr. George Jessen and Dr. Newton K. Wesley — pioneers in the development of the contact lens.
New Old Stock – these charts have never been displayed or used. They were stored in a box for over 70 years and remain in excellent vintage condition.
Printed on cream or off-white cardstock with natural signs of age such as light foxing, but no stains, bent corners, or damage.
