Vintage 1944 Japanese Wooden Zero Fighter Model – Ishii Ichiro Signed
A rare handmade Japanese fighter aircraft model / solid model, made in 1944 (Showa 19) from wood and metal components.
The model is believed to represent a Japanese Zero Fighter (零戦) and was carefully handmade during the wartime period.
A particularly interesting feature is the handwritten inscription on the underside of the aircraft:
