Manufactured by union maker Bastian Bros. Co., Rochester, N.Y. These historic badges date to the initial wartime conversion year following the US entry into WWII, when automotive plants retooled into the \"Arsenal of Democracy\" to manufacture bombers, tanks, and military vehicles.
