The letterhead also identifies Roy L. Heidelberg as owner, Arthur F. Landstreet as manager, and Amos D. Lipham and John L. Blanks as assistant managers.
A wonderful piece of vintage hotel, travel, architectural and Southern advertising ephemera. The stationery appears unused, with no message written in the main letter area.
Condition: Shows age-related toning/discoloration, staining, original fold lines, wrinkles, edge wear, and small tears/losses along the bottom edge. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the condition description.
