Vintage 1940s Queen Cutlery Crown Q Texas Toothpick Pocket Knife Project As Is: $40.00
Vintage Queen Cutlery Company large Texas Toothpick pattern folding pocket knife frame manufactured in Titusville, Pennsylvania, dating to the late 1940s era. This scarce project piece features a highly coveted, deeply struck front tang stamp showing the classic early corporate Crown over Q hallmark, with a crisp PAT. PENDING stamp cleanly struck on the reverse tang face. This item is being sold strictly as-is for parts, salvage, or a dedicated historical cutlery restoration project. Please note that this is a completely non-functional shell frame; the internal lock mechanisms and button components are entirely missing from the handle cavities, and there are no springs or working parts included. The long carbon steel toothpick pattern blade remains intact inside the channel, showing heavy uncleaned carbon oxidation, pitting, and general age patina. The dark jigged synthetic handles, nickel silver bolsters, liners, and backspring remain structurally complete and solid. A highly valuable donor piece for harvesting an ultra-scarce, 75+ year-old authentic Queen blade and frame components. Please inspect all close-up photographs carefully to verify structural components.
