Vintage 1940s through 1950s Handmade Scrapbook filled with vintage magazine articles, celebrity photos, and ads.
I found this sweet scrapbook at the estate of a lady in Dallas, TX. It was made with a lot of love and has her handwriting on some of the pages. It's a very charming find and has tons of stars from the 40s-50s throughout including Veronica Lake, Lucille Ball, Georgia Carroll, Rita Hayworth, and on and on and on. The book measures 15" x 10.5" and is in pretty fragile condition. Lots of wear to the cover and pages (with some loose pages and pictures), Off coloring in places, rips, tears, and lots of love. I purchased this initially for myself, but I have recently downsized and need to let some of my treasures go to new homes where they can get the love they deserve.
