Vintage “The Genuine Wireless” Ice Bag manufactured by The Lobl Mfg. Co., Middleboro, Massachusetts. Size 8 model featuring the original black-and-white checkered fabric bag with metal cap and its wonderful original red, black and cream illustrated retail box.Box features period advertising artwork of a woman holding the Wireless Ice Bag and advertises the “Non-Losable Washer.” A great example of early American medical/pharmacy advertising and packaging.Original vintage condition. Box shows significant age-related wear including scuffs, edge wear, discoloration, paper loss and handwritten markings. Ice bag shows age and storage wear. Not tested for water-tightness and sold as a collectible/display piece rather than for medical use. Please review all photos for exact condition.Approximate era: 1930s–1940s
