VINTAGE 1920s INGRAHAMMANTLE CLOCK
I am not sure if this clock works. I am not sure how to test it. The pendulum piece is present. The bottom of the pendulum is flat. It looks like it rubbed against a flat surface for a long period of time. The clock face has some discoloration and finish loss. Some paint and lacquer has flaked or chipped off the relief areas. There are small round impressions on the top of the clock. It appears an item with four small feet was placed on top of the clock and moved a few times, leaving small impressions in the wood on top of the mantle clock.
The key is present. It does fit the two key holes on the face of the clock. The face cover sags a little at the hinges when opened.
The back right foot comes off when handled. It will stay in place when the clock is stationary on a level surface. Measures 16\" across. Back cover is present. Internal mechanisms see to be in good shape.
There is a split in a piece of wood on the back as seen in the 9th picture. Nice example of a mantle clock from this time period. This particular clock is not a common as other designs.
