Vintage 14K gold membership medal from the National Society of New England Women (NSNEW), a hereditary society founded in 1895. Features the Society’s distinctive insignia incorporating symbols representing the six New England states, suspended from the traditional red and white ribbon.
Reverse is individually numbered “N.S. No. 8713” and marked 14K. Pin-back ribbon bar at top.
