I purchased this antique Victorian / Art Nouveau Cast Iron Tabletop Mirror in the mid 1980\'s from a reputable Antique Dealer in Western Pennsylvania.
Ca. early 1900\'s, the metal easel back mirror measures 9\" high x 11\" wide x 4 1/2\" deep. When purchased, the metal backing had been replaced with a lightweight cardboard. ( Thinking the mirror may have been replaced since it is not beveled. )
The ornate cut-out Putti design features kissing winged cherubs at the top and two other figures - one on each side.
There are two very minute scratches on the mirror which I was unable to photograph well ( They are very slight ) ; and a very mild, normal \"rub\" to the finish due to age & finish.
The heavy metal frame is numbered 744 which is clearly visible on the back.
