Very Vintage RARE Bruyere German Hunter Lidded Tobacco Pipe DRGM Horn For Sale

This was my Grandfather’s gently used pipe. He died in the 1950’s. The family has stored it since. It has early markings DRGM (which we believe between 1871 and 1945) vintage briar Bruyere German (etched-engraved running deer( Hunter Lidded Tobacco Pipe with a briar fitting is a rare find. It is labeled Bruyere in script and Made in Germany. Mickel is unknown but perhaps coin silver/coin silver plate over brass and marked DRGM (Deutsch Reich Registered Trademark 1871-1945) on bowl rim. Marked DGM on yellow brass piece beneath bowl. Handmade in Germany, this unique piece showcases exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail. The pipe features a beautiful horn mouthpiece, bowl cap nickel silver I believe the markings indicate it was made prior to ww2. The horn unscrews but the acorn tassel cord ( see pic with it facing different direction) is intricately tied. The horn mouthpiece/stem looks like it may be two pieces but not sure where it may come apart. I do not want to break it. Signs of use in metal bowl and inside lid. I have not cleaned it. We are not experts but have researched it to the best of our ability.
