The Manufacturer: Insignia produced by N.S. Meyer, New York is rarer and highly sought after by collectors of South American militaria, as a vast majority of these state orders were manufactured locally within Venezuela. Because the vast majority of Venezuelan orders were made by local South American jewelers or European firms, an American-made N.S. Meyer variant is a specific niche that collectors actively hunt for.
