This is a wonderful Vaillancourt Folk Art Chalkware Santa Claus with star blanket figure.
It features Santa with a star blanket draped over his arm.
To me it evokes a patriotic WWII era feeling.
Santa is wearing a classic red suit, short military style Santa hat, military style backpack and the olive green & star blanket.
It measures approximately 8.5\" high & is approximately 4 & 1/4\" at its widest point.
It is signed on the bottom:
Vaillancourt Folk Art
Sutton Masstts
# 1313
2005
I have shown photos of all sides.
There is a little paint loss spot on the bottom where the V in Vaillancourt is signed.
I have shown it in the photos.
