These pieces are crafted from Wedgwood’s iconic unglazed matte stoneware, featuring hand-applied neoclassical white bas-relief figures. The collection spans production years from 1976 to 1984 and includes highly sought-after collector colors like Black Basalt and rare Crimson/Tuscan Pink. Larger Dish size: 4.5\" diameter; Smaller sage green dish is 3 5/8\" diameter.
Collection Breakdown & Dating Log:* **Rare Crimson Pink Pin Dish (1976):** Features the standalone \"76\" year stamp. Highly collectible and produced in very limited numbers.* **Classic Pale Blue Patrician Tray (1984):** Stamped with the special \"1759-1984\" 225th-anniversary commemorative mark.* **Sage Green Round Tray (1984):** Stamped with the special \"1759-1984\" 225th-anniversary commemorative mark.* **Black Basalt \"Three Graces\" Patrician Tray (1978):** Stamped with the \"NC\" year cipher. A beautiful, dense black volcanic-style stoneware.* **Sage Green Round Tray (1977):** Stamped with the standalone \"77\" year cipher.
Condition Report:* **Plates:** Excellent, near-mint vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The white bas-relief overlays are crisp, clean, and perfectly intact. (Note: The smaller sage green dish and black dish have minor original sticker residue on the back, which can easily be cleaned if you so choose).* **Boxes:** All 4 original boxes are included. The boxes show minor vintage shelf wear/scuffs consistent with age, but they are structurally sound and feature their original factory labels and style codes (J1000, J3200, J4000).
