Created in the 1950\'s the set is not only stylish but also functional, as it is oven and microwave safe. The dishes are also stackable, making them easy to store and transport. This Vintage Universal Union Ballerina 19 piece set of Chartreuse colored dishes include: 2 dinner plates 9.25\", 5 salad plates 6.25\" (one has a small chip in front on its side), 8 saucers 6.1/8\" (3 show significant signs of crazing) and lastly 5 coffee cups that measure 4\" wide or 5\" wide including the handle x 2.1/8\" tall (all 5 in excellent condition with no crazing, chips, cracks or breaks). Approximate weight of each item: dinner plates 1 lb., Salad plates 6.6 ounces, saucers 7 ounces, cups 6 ounces. The total weight of this 19 piece set is approximately 10 lbs. All items will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and the weight will be approximately 12 lbs total for the addition of packing material and shipping purposes.
