This is a used Stanley Defiance #1207 mini bench vise for your favorite gunsmith or hobbyist or jeweler or yourself. It’s old and it’s not in bad shape and will clean up nicely if desired to go that route. The paint is obviously weathered and the top surfaces and jaws have been cleaned with a wire wheel to show the working surfaces are in great shape. The jaws move in and out like expected but with little slop as the dynamic slide pins have been pinched towards one another slightly to take up the typical play on these small vises.
