Up for sale is a MCM wood, metal and acrylic square clock. Westclox Quartzmatic with the face having roman numerals and dashes. Opens from the back and runs on 2 C batteries (not included) Medium toned wood finish, clear acrylic, brown face.
Works and we have ran this for two days and it kept good time and worked fine. The second hand has nice steady movement. The wood shows a few little scrapes, legs have some patina. The inside of the acrylic shows some light cracks and spider cracks on right side & bottom. Pretty minor and not too noticeable. SEE PICTURES. The mechanism in the back says Chancellor.
It measures 6 1/8\" tall by 5 1/2\" wide 5 3/8\" deep.
You pull the silver knob out (inside the case) to set the clock and then you have to push it in to start the clock. It kind of says that on the clock mechanism inside, but it’s hard to read.
