Beautiful vintage Mexican-style redware pottery vase featuring dramatic oversized floral designs in cream against a rich reddish-brown glazed background. The bold flowers are filled with delicate linear patterns, dotted centers, and curling botanical accents that create a striking contrast with the warm terracotta color.
The tall, gently tapered form and glossy finish give this vase a wonderful handcrafted character. Its oversized botanical pattern makes it an eye-catching decorative piece for a bookshelf, mantel, entryway table, or sideboard. Especially appealing for Southwestern, rustic, bohemian, eclectic, or earthy modern interiors. Display it on its own as pottery art or with a dried floral arrangement.
The underside has a faded ink marking that appears to read “Made in Mexico,” although the full marking is difficult to distinguish.
