Up for sale is a charming vintage Japanese porcelain 3-piece tea set featuring a traditional blue and white underglaze bamboo design. This partial set includes:
- 1 Teapot with a matching lid and a beautiful molded porcelain handle shaped like a natural bamboo branch.
- 2 Matching handleless teacups (traditional Yunomi style). The crisp underglaze blue brushwork contrasts beautifully against the clean white porcelain background, rendering an elegant, timeless Asian aesthetic. The underside of the set is unmarked/unstamped, which is very typical for vintage Japanese export kitchenware distributed with paper labels from this era. It is a perfect addition to a mid-century modern kitchen display or a cozy tea ritual for two.
Pre-owned vintage condition. Excellent display piece with no major cracks, chips, or heavy tea staining inside the pot. May show light bottom shelf wear on the unglazed base rims consistent with age and gentle handling. (Please review all photos carefully to verify the exact condition before purchasing).
