Great holiday piece!!
Unique vintage handmade decorative doily or table mat featuring deep-red crocheted lace, dark green velvet appliqué circles and hand-embroidered floral sprigs. Small tan crocheted flowers are worked between the velvet medallions, and each corner is finished with a coordinating tassel.
This unusual textile has a charming folk-art, bohemian and Victorian-inspired appearance. It would make a beautiful accent for a side table, dresser, vanity, holiday display or vintage textile collection.

Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related wear, including fading and color variation in the velvet, some loose or fuzzy embroidery threads, minor loose crochet threads and wear to the tassels.
