No cracks or chips in this planter. The dark spot in the interior of the planter is a drop of paint from when the planter was originally painted and is under the glaze. The paint on this bird and planter does not appear to have any crazing. There is a little staining inside of the planter from it being used with a plant in it. It has spent the last fifty years in a china cabinet without any plant in it.
